wine list MAKEOVERS.

To make them delicious, intriguing and effective

There are a few basic principles to reworking a wine list or even just starting one from scratch. Making a decent profit without leaving the diners feel cheated is an absolute must but so too is the vibe of the wine list, which should reflect the restaurant’s vibe and personality given the list is such an integral part of the restaurant’s identity.

Check out Jane’s video about making a wine list good .

Jane is an experienced and energetic host of wine tastings for both professionals in the wine trade and consumers around the country. Her passion for animated dialogue has broadened her remit in the last few years to now include interviewing and compère roles on general drink and food topics.

The latest release Wine: everything you ever wanted to know about red, white, rosé and fizz (erm, usually shortened to just ‘Wine’!) is a chatty and informal handbook designed to give people that extra little boost of confidence and knowledge when it comes to choosing grape varieties and styles to drink.
